Depersonalize and declutter! Discuss any recommendations for updates or repairs with my sellers. Prepare for picture day, and don't forget the exterior of the house...curb appeal is king!
Obtain offer and review all aspects of the offer with the seller! Did you know there are over 10 main negotiable terms on most contracts? You need a trained professional to navigate the intricacies of the contract, and get you the best deal!
Wrap up any repairs that you have agreed to complete, schedule movers, schedule utility changes / cancellations, gather any necessary paperwork for closing.

Once you have come to an agreement on an offer, Angie will walk you through the important deadlines and timelines of the escrow period!
